The Modular Power of Multigraf’s Touchline Series
With many commercial print environments facing fewer hands on deck, many are under constant pressure to deliver faster, leaner, and higher-quality output. Labour shortages, long setup times, and the inefficiencies of switching between standalone machines eat into margins and slow production. At the same time, the rapid growth of digital printing brings new challenges, especially the need for precise creasing to avoid cracking on coated and laminated stocks.
From a marketing standpoint, print now needs to make a lasting, high-impact impression, meaning quality is non-negotiable. The Multigraf Touchline range is purpose-built to solve these modern production pressures. It provides more flexibility and automation than any other product of its class. At the heart of the Touchline range is modular design – the ability to add or combine finishing capabilities without investing in multiple standalone machines. The modular design of the Touchline range allows users to combine creasing, perforating, slitting, folding, and cutting in one seamless, fully automated process.
Why Modular Finishing?
With the Touchline series, you’re building a scalable finishing solution that evolves with your print finishing needs. With its modular, automated design, the Touchline series streamlines complex multi-step finishing into a single-pass process – minimizing downtime, reducing operator intervention, and ensuring consistently flawless results, even on the most demanding digital jobs.
- Customisable configurations for different job types
- Tool-free changeovers to keep downtime to a minimum
- Expandable system – add new capabilities as and when you need them
- Reduce operator intervention by automating multi-step processes
- Maximise ROI by getting more from each module
The Touchline Family
C375 PLUS

The C375 PLUS is Multigraf’s dedicated creasing solution within the Touchline series, designed for those who need high–speed, high–volume creasing without folding. It’s ideal for applications like greeting cards, covers, postcards, and other products that require clean, crack-free creases, especially on digitally printed or laminated materials.
Key Features of the C375 PLUS:
- 6 standard creasing patterns
- Up to 5,000 sheets per hour production speed (A4, single crease)
- Handles paper weights from 80 to 400 gsm
- Up to 20 operations per sheet in one pass
- Tool-free operation with fast setup and changeovers
- Works with coated, laminated, or sensitive digital stocks
Modular Advantage:
While the C375 PLUS can be run as a standalone creasing machine, with the C375 upgrade kit, it can also be turned very quickly and easily from a creasing machine into a high functional creasing/perforating machine, for “stopped” lengthways and crossways perforating, with up to 4 perforating heads for crossways operation.
CF375

The Touchline CF375 is a combined creaser and folder built to prevent cracking on digitally printed stock. This is essential for high-value applications such as brochures, greeting cards, menus, and book covers where quality is non-negotiable.
Key Features of the CF375:
- Simultaneous creasing and folding in one operation
- Tool-free setup for rapid job changes
- Automatic paper size detection
- Production speed up to 6,000 A4 sheets/hour (creasing only)
- Handles paper weights from 80 to 400 gsm
- Works perfectly with coated and laminated materials
Modular Advantage:
The CF375 can be used as a standalone machine or combined with perforating modules to expand its capabilities. It seamlessly connects with the CP375 MONO, CP375 DUO, CPC375 XPRO, and more for multi-process finishing in a single workflow.
CP375 MONO

The CP375 MONO specialises in creasing or perforating. One of its standout features is its ability to uniquely perforate NCR paper – a feature not commonly found in standard finishing equipment. It’s ideal for producing tickets, vouchers, reply cards, and tear-off coupons with precision and speed.
Key Features of the CP375 MONO:
- Single tool station for cross perforating or slitting
- Multiple perforation patterns available
- Accepts paper formats up to 375mm width
- Fast, tool-free tool changes
- Standalone use or in-line configuration possible
Modular Advantage:
The CP375 MONO can be directly paired with the TCF375 or TF375 folding units, allowing you to combine creasing or perforation with folding in one streamlined workflow. This eliminates manual handling between processes, saving time and reducing errors.
CP375 DUO

The CP375 DUO builds on the capabilities of the MONO with creasing and perforating in one single pass. Like the CP375 MONO, the CP375 DUO also uniquely perforates NCR paper with the same exceptional accuracy and consistency. It allows you to perform multiple creases and perforations in a single pass, without additional runs or setup changes.
Key Features of the CP375 DUO:
- Stop and continuous perforation in longitudinal direction, all in one pass
- Up to 20 operations per sheets
- Perfect for complex layouts – both sides of the sheet can be perforated in-line
- Paper weights up to 300gsm for perforating
- Paper weights up to 400 gsm for creasing
Modular Advantage:
Like the MONO, the CP375 DUO integrates directly with the TCF375 or TF375 folding units, enabling multi-step finishing workflows. For example, you can perforate in two directions and fold in one pass with no manual re-feeding required.
CPC375 XPRO

The CPC375 XPRO is an advanced module that is unbeatable in terms of flexibility and productivity. It combines cutting, slitting, perforating and creasing into one machine.
It reduces setup times and machine changeovers while giving operators precise control over finishing sequences.
Key Features of the CPC375 XPRO:
- Up and down creasing, perforating crossways and lengthways, cutting and slitting in one operation
- Extremely short set-up times
- Automatic job recognition by the barcode reader
- Maximum paper size of 14.8 x 41.3in
Modular Advantage:
The CPC375 XPRO streamlines multiple operations into one module. It can be expandable with the TCF375 XPRO to add folding into the operation line, meeting more complex finishing needs in a minimal footprint.
