The Touchline CP375 MONO delivers on long-standing demands within the print finishing industry for efficient perforating (stop-and-go or continuous, longitudinal) and high-quality comb creasing. Tool changes are quick and seamless, thanks to a patented, fully automated changing system. Each tool is electronically detected, and the required pressure is automatically adjusted. Additional tools can be conveniently stored in the integrated slide-in compartments.

The CP375 MONO supports up to four perforating heads for longitudinal processing. All functions are intuitively managed via a touchscreen monitor. 

For added flexibility, the CP375 MONO can be seamlessly integrated with the TF375 and TCF375 folding units, enabling full inline finishing.

Creasing and Perforating in One Pass

Efficiently crease and perforate in a single operation. No need to handle sheets multiple times. Perforate in both directions down to 60gsm.

Rotary Perforation Module

Equipped with a rotary perforating tool for smooth, consistent micro- or full-perforations in longitudinal direction. 

Unique Solution for Perforating NCR Paper

Perforate NCR paper with exceptional accuracy and consistency – a feature not commonly found in standard finishing equipment. Ideal for flawless perforation on multipart forms, invoices, or receipts.
