The Touchline CP375 DUO is a high-performance finishing system engineered for medium-to-high volume production. It delivers professional creasing and perforating, both stop and continuous in longitudinal direction, all in a single pass. The system supports positive and negative creasing, and can be equipped with up to four programmable longitudinal perforating heads, as well as a unique ability to perforate NCR paper with precision. A standout feature is its patented, fully automated tool-changing system, which allows fast, precise switching between creasing and perforating tools with electronically detected adjustments for consistent results.

For added flexibility, the CP375 DUO can be seamlessly integrated with the TCF375 folding unit, enabling full inline finishing.

Unique Solution for Perforating NCR Paper

Perforate NCR paper with exceptional accuracy and consistency – a feature not commonly found in standard finishing equipment. Ideal for flawless perforation on multipart forms, invoices, or receipts.

Plug and Play Tool System

Two cross-tool positions, with up to four longitudinal perforation heads. Tools are interchangeable and fully self-adjusting.
