On 30th May 2024, we proudly announced the acquisition of Swiss-based Multigraf by Duplo Seiko (part of DUPLO GROUP, Japan), which marked an important milestone for both our company and the print industry. The acquisition reinforced our shared commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The acquisition’s aim was and is, to drive more innovative and competitive solutions to the industry, providing a European-based footing to Duplo Seiko. This strategic acquisition was a significant milestone in the Multigraf journey and marked the beginning of a new chapter for the company.

With a long-standing relationship with Duplo nearly since the start, over the past several months, we have worked closely with the team at Duplo International to build a strong foundation for collaboration and align our strategies. Following the sale of the Multigraf last summer, this next step was both natural and significant. 

What This Means for Our Customers and Distributors

Duplo International will now manage all sales, marketing, and technical support for Multigraf products across the EMEA region. The new Swiss-Japanese partnership brings together two strong and proven brands in the print finishing sector. In a world where perfection is expected, Multigraf delivers – now stronger than ever as part of the Duplo Seiko family.
